Krupowki is the main street of Zakopane. Meet locals and see what village life has to offer as you shop for souvenirs. Take a trip up the mountain Gubalowka on a funicular and experience the natural surroundings. From the top of the mountain is a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountain range. See the ski jump hill, used for the Grant Prix Ski Jump Competition.
Ride a one-person quad for 1 hour with a professional, licensed instructor, who will show you how to do that and then will take you for an unforgettable and fun adventure.
Deep in the Tatra Mountains, Morskie Oko Lake was formed by glaciers. The lake is surrounded by some of the highest peaks in the Tatra Mountains, which makes for magnificent views. It is also home to many animals, birds and even natural fish stocks (something that is rare in the Tatra Mountains).
The hike to the lake is 8 kilometers long and takes about 2-2.5 hours each way. It’s along a paved roadway and is not difficult. You’ll enjoy beautiful views along the walk including several mountain waterfalls. At the end of your visit to the lake, you’ll hike back to the starting point and then head back to your hotel in Krakow.
